The annexe
A little space, thoughtfully put together.
The living room becomes your bedroom with an easy-to-use double pull-down bed. Leave it down for your stay or fold it away when you want more room. There is no separate bedroom.
Alongside it there’s a separate kitchen-diner, your own bathroom and an enclosed courtyard. Your accommodation and courtyard are entirely yours.
Bringing the children?
The annexe is best suited to two adults, with foldaway beds for up to two small children if you’re happy with a snug family setup. See the family layout

All the practical informationHow does the pull-down bed work?
The main living area converts into your sleeping space with a double pull-down bed. It’s easy to lower and put away, and can stay down throughout your visit. There is no separate bedroom.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. We welcome one large dog or two small dogs, with a £20 dog charge. Dogs must not be left alone in the annexe or courtyard.
Where can we park?
There is free on-street parking at the front of the property. Private rear parking can also be arranged in advance. If you’re bringing a larger vehicle, please ask us before booking.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 2pm and checkout is by 11am. Alternative times need to be agreed in advance.
How does booking direct work?
Choose your dates to see the stay price, with cleaning included and no Airbnb booking fees. Online booking isn’t available at the moment, so send us your dates and we’ll confirm availability.
