From £75 a night Monday to Thursday, £90 Friday and Saturday, £80 Sunday. Festive dates are priced individually. Cleaning included.

Before you book
- Check-in from 2pm; checkout by 11am.
- Best suited to two adults, with foldaway beds for up to two small children.
- A double pull-down bed in the living room, with no separate bedroom.
- One large dog or two small dogs welcome, with a £20 dog charge.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the space or courtyard.
- Ground-floor accommodation with a step between the living room and kitchen.
- No smoking or vaping, parties, events or group bookings; quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- Exterior security cameras at the property; read the house rules and safety information before booking.
A clear price before you pay
Your booking summary shows the stay price, including cleaning, plus the £20 dog charge if you’re bringing a dog. Pay in full when you book, or pay a 25% deposit now and the rest on arrival by cash, card or transfer.
Bookings are confirmed straight away. If you arrive within two days, we’ll check we can be ready first: your card is held, not charged, until we approve.
EV charging is £10 per charge by arrangement. For stays of more than a week, laundry may be arranged at £5 per load.
